For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, betfred Philippines is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) responsible for your personal data. This means betfred determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed.

betfred will not process your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or establishing a new legal basis.

betfred does not sell your personal data. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• KYC and identity verification providers: Licensed third-party services that verify your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banking partners to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱).
• Game software providers: Licensed game studios whose titles are available on the betfred platform may receive anonymized gameplay data for technical purposes.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government bodies, as required by law.
• IT and security service providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and fraud detection partners who process data on betfred's behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal and professional advisors: Lawyers, auditors, and compliance consultants, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

All third parties who process personal data on betfred's behalf are required to enter into a Data Sharing Agreement or Data Processing Agreement that obligates them to protect your data in accordance with RA 10173 and this Policy.

betfred retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account plus a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Gaming history: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if related to an ongoing dispute.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or close your account, whichever is earlier.
• Technical and log data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud prevention purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, betfred will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

betfred implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our security framework includes:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and betfred's servers.
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored in betfred's databases, including financial account details and government ID numbers.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) available for all betfred accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that betfred staff can only access personal data necessary for their specific job function.
• Regular penetration testing and security audits conducted by independent cybersecurity professionals.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, betfred will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, as required by NPC Circular 16-03.

betfred uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyze how the platform is used. The following types of cookies are used:

betfred does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the betfred platform.

If betfred discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required. If you believe that a minor has registered on the betfred platform, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately.

betfred employs age verification procedures at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time. Providing false information about your age to circumvent these controls is a violation of betfred's Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by betfred. These rights may be exercised by contacting our Data Protection Officer as described in Section 14:

betfred will respond to all data rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with notice provided to you. betfred will not charge a fee for exercising your data rights unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

betfred primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or accessed from servers located outside the Philippines — for example, when using cloud infrastructure or third-party software providers with international operations.

Any international transfer of personal data is conducted only where:

• The recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection as determined by the NPC; or
• Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC; or
• The transfer is necessary for the performance of your contract with betfred (e.g., processing a payment through an international payment network).

betfred will never transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide adequate protections without your explicit consent or a valid legal basis under RA 10173.

betfred reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will:

• Post the updated Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send a notification to your registered email address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
• Display a prominent notice on the betfred platform informing you of the update.

Your continued use of the betfred platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with Section 11.
