By registering an account on betfred, accessing the betfred website, or using any betfred service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the betfred platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the betfred website or services. Your continued use of betfred following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

betfred reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use betfred, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of betfred, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling.
• You must not have had a previous betfred account that was suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) betfred account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. betfred is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify betfred immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• betfred will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your betfred account is for your personal use only.
• betfred reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

betfred employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

All financial transactions on betfred are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). betfred supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash — instant deposits and withdrawals
• PayMaya / Maya — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, linked to a Philippine bank account)

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betfred processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in our payment policy. betfred reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Deposits made to your betfred account must be used for gaming purposes. betfred does not act as a financial institution and your betfred wallet balance does not earn interest.

betfred offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. The specific terms of each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• betfred reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

All games available on the betfred platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

betfred's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. betfred is not responsible for errors made by players when placing bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, betfred reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• betfred reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using erroneous odds or game parameters caused by a technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betfred platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using the betfred platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the betfred platform or its security systems
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward betfred staff or other players

betfred is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: View your net win/loss position during any active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the betfred platform.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming without full self-exclusion.

betfred will never encourage players to chase losses, increase bet sizes beyond their comfort level, or continue playing when they have indicated a desire to stop. Any betfred staff member who engages in such conduct should be reported to our support team immediately.

betfred collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering with betfred, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the betfred platform. betfred does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• betfred uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
• betfred may share your data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

All content on the betfred platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of betfred or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betfred platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any betfred content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betfred's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betfred platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betfred account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betfred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the betfred platform, even if betfred has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betfred reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority

You may close your betfred account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact betfred's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. betfred will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

betfred operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with betfred may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

betfred reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the betfred platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
